How do I make bodyshape/body mesh, cloth mesh and skintone mesh?

Hello.
I have a quetion about something.
How do I make bodyshape/body mesh, cloth mesh and skintone mesh?
I wanted to make about them for few monthes.
I know I have to use Milkshape and such others, and been researching about how to do them.
But, it didn't give me infos about what I exactly wanted.
Or there were few infos about them, lol
Please help me with these.

So, usually bodyshape/mesh means mesh for clothes or mesh for bodyshape of sim?
Cause when i look at the first link, it uses cloth/dress for making mesh?

the mesh is the shape - can refer to clothing or hair. bodyshape meshes are made with clothing as a base normally

Oh, ok.
So, then bodyshape mesh is also available for skintone, right?
Cause when i was downloading some custom skintone, sometimes the position of breast changed depends on the skintone or body type meshes, like Warlokks bodyshape mesh and skintones

Then you would probably need to download warlokks' clothing for those to show up right.
